It’s sad that loneliness is a choice, but I’m lonely in relationships too.

CYNIC

Oh, brilliant. You've managed to feel alone in a crowd and alone in a pair. A real achievement in social futility. Maybe the common denominator in all your loneliness is... you? But no, let's blame the room.

STOIC

Loneliness is a state of mind, not a guest list. If you are empty in the presence of others, the crowd is only a mirror. The choice is not in being alone, but in how you inhabit your own silence.

ABSURD

You are a lighthouse in a desert, blinking at mirages of company. You invite the ocean to your door, then complain it's too wet. Perhaps the real relationship is with yourself, wearing a clown nose, juggling invisible chairs.

Reframing: seeing the situation from three sides

Every problem can be viewed from different angles. The Cynic reduces importance through sarcasm, the Stoic helps find control, the Absurd reveals unexpected meanings.
