I spend so much time worrying about the future that the present is just a blur.

CYNIC

So you're speed-running through life like a video game on fast-forward, missing all the cutscenes. Congrats, you're the only person who can be late for their own present.

STOIC

The future is an illusion of control; the present is the only ground you stand on. Worry is a thief that steals today to pay a debt tomorrow never collects.

ABSURD

You are a time-traveling hamster on a wheel that spins forward while the wheel itself is melting. The blur is just your brain trying to file the future as a movie, but the projector is broken.

Reframing: seeing the situation from three sides

Every problem can be viewed from different angles. The Cynic reduces importance through sarcasm, the Stoic helps find control, the Absurd reveals unexpected meanings.
