I achieved the goal I set 10 years ago. Zero joy. Just emptiness.

CYNIC

Oh, congratulations, you spent a decade climbing a mountain only to find the summit is a parking lot. And now you're surprised the air there is thin and the view is gray.

STOIC

The goal was a vessel, not the shore. Its completion reveals what was always true: joy was never waiting at the finish line, but in the act of moving toward it. Now you stand still, and stillness can be fertile.

ABSURD

You finally reached the exit of a labyrinth only to discover it was a mirror. You are both the minotaur and the hero, and the prize is a coupon for a void. Applause, please.

Reframing: seeing the situation from three sides

Every problem can be viewed from different angles. The Cynic reduces importance through sarcasm, the Stoic helps find control, the Absurd reveals unexpected meanings.
