I’m scared that I’m not a good person and I’m just really good at following rules.

CYNIC

Oh great, another rule-follower waking up to the horror that they might have a personality after all. Congratulations, you've discovered that being 'good' is just a costume you wear for approval. Now you're stuck wondering if there's anyone underneath, or just a well-behaved void.

STOIC

Fear of one's own nature is a common illusion. Rules are but a scaffold; if you only obey, you have not yet built yourself. Examine your actions, not your thoughts. Do good, and over time, the fear will fade. You are not yet defined, so define yourself through deeds.

ABSURD

Picture a robot in a human suit, terrified that its 'nice' programming masks a wobbly, unplugged core. It asks a mirror, 'Am I good or just an excellent calculator of don't-s'?' Meanwhile, the mirror grows a beard and says, 'Does it matter, if the cake you bake is still a hat?' Spoiler: you are the cake, the hat, and the rulebook, all stapled to a pigeon.

Reframing: seeing the situation from three sides

Every problem can be viewed from different angles. The Cynic reduces importance through sarcasm, the Stoic helps find control, the Absurd reveals unexpected meanings.
