I don’t need a relationship, I need a therapist.

CYNIC

Ah, so you've finally realized that paying someone to listen is cheaper than paying with your sanity for someone who doesn't. Congratulations on the promotion from romantic delusion to hourly billing.

STOIC

You seek clarity, not comfort. A therapist offers a mirror without demands; a relationship offers a mirror with expectations. Choose the mirror that lets you see yourself first.

ABSURD

Excellent. The therapist will nod at your childhood, the relationship will nod at your texts at 2 a.m. One bills you monthly, the other bills you emotionally. Either way, someone is taking notes.

Reframing: seeing the situation from three sides

Every problem can be viewed from different angles. The Cynic reduces importance through sarcasm, the Stoic helps find control, the Absurd reveals unexpected meanings.
